If any liability is found despite these limitations, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed $0.00 USD (zero dollars), reflecting the free nature of the Plugin.

  • We’ve been advised of the possibility of damages
  • A remedy fails of its essential purpose
  • Damages were foreseeable

7. Indemnification
